We come up with every excuse in the book to keep from exercising. Do any of these sound familiar?
"I'm tired."
"I'm sick."
"I don't want to drive to the gym."
"I don't like my trainer."
"It's too expensive."
Another big one is boredom. We start an exercise program but get tired of the monotony. When results aren't where we want them to be, that makes it even more difficult.
